It has a 12x24 ft attached deck with 2 ceiling fans - comes with grill and picnic table. The site also has 2 sheds, both with electricity. One has a small refrigerator, wine cooler and workbench. Trailer has a slide-out in the living/dining area with a sofa-pull-out bed and convertible dining table for additional sleeping. Unit has queen size bed and spacious bathroom with tub/shower. In the kitchen area are a propane stove with oven, a new 10 cubic ft refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, stainless steel sink. Propane water heater is efficient with fast recovery. Living area features a 22" LCD TV, DVD and CD player, all with surround sound. DSL is available thru Trumansburg Telephone.  Outside, room for 2 vehicles with space nearby for a boat. The site backs up to a wooded area.
